Do a quick check using the list below before you start troubleshooting:
- Make sure your camera is turned on within the Holoh meeting. Use the camera icon at the bottom center.
- Check if the correct camera input is selected within the Holoh meeting. Click on the ... (the three dots menu) then click Device Settings and check if the correct camera is selected.
- For some laptops there is a camera cover which is a physical slider above the lens. Make sure it is not covering the lens.
- If you don’t find a slider above the lens, check for a physical switch on either side of your computer. Some models use a privacy switch instead of a camera cover.
- Verify that you've selected the correct camera using the settings menu during a Room meeting and faces towards you.
- Check if your camera works in other apps, like FaceTime on macOS or the Camera app on Windows.
- If you are using an external camera, check that your computer's Bluetooth settings are correctly configured or camera’s cable is attached to the computer. Also check that the camera device is turned on.
- A slow internet connection often causes poor video quality.
