Allow Holoh to access your microphone
To use your microphone in Chrome, Holoh needs permission. You’re asked to allow access the first time you join a video meeting.
To allow Holoh to use your microphone:
- While in a meeting, go to the address bar, select the setting icon on the left-end and toggle on Microphone from the pop-up window.
- Select Always allow and then Done.
Allow Chrome to access your microphone
On computers with Chrome, you must allow the browser to access your microphone. To grant permission again:
- Type the following to the address bar: chrome://settings/content/microphone.
- Select "Sites can ask to use your microphone."
- If present, under "Allowed to use your microphone," next to "https://holoh.com:443," click Delete.
- Refresh the Holoh page.
- When prompted, grant camera and microphone access.
On iPhones with Chrome, go to Settings - Apps - Chrome - Microphone - toggle on
On Android with Chrome, go to Settings - Apps - Chrome - Permissions - Microphone - Allow
Allow Edge and Safari access your microphone
- On Android's with Edge, Go to Settings - Apps - Edge - Permissions - Microphone - Allow
- On iPhone/iPad's with Safari, Go to Settings - Apps - Safari - Microphone - Allow
Allow your system or device to access your microphone
Enable microphone access on Windows
- On your computer, select Start and then Settings.
- Select Privacy & security and then Microphone.
- Turn on Microphone access and Let apps access your microphone.
Enable microphone access on macOS
- Go to System Settings and then Privacy & Security.
- Select Microphone.
- Check the box for the app that uses Holoh (Google Chrome, Safari).
If allowing access to you microphone didn't fix your audio issue, try unmuting yourself within device settings.
